Indian equity market ended on a positive note, the benchmark broad based Index Nifty ended the week at 10607.35 with a gain by 2.16% i.e., 224.35 points and BSE Sensex closed the week with a gain by 2.42%.i.e., 850.15 points at 36021.42. 

Nifty Index opened the week with a mild gap down 10311.95, thereafer, it moved till 10223.60, by taken the support near 10200, the Index rallied till 10631.30 and closed the week at 10607.35 with a gain by 2.16%..

Nifty Bank Index also opened the week with a gap down at 21291.55, made a weekly low at 21026.45 thereafter, it  moved up till 22344.85 further, on Friday it moved down till 21768 and closed the week with a weekly gain by 1.21% i.e. 260.35 points at 21852.40.

The Sectoral Indices were closed with a weekly gain are, the Nifty Auto gained by 3.56%, Nifty FMCG gained by 2.59% and Nifty IT gained by 1.94%. The Indices were closed with a weekly loss are, the Nifty Realty lost by 3.84%, Nifty Pharma lost by 1.72% and Nifty Metal lost by 1.71%.
