Indian equity market ended with positive bias, the benchmark broad based Index Nifty, ended the week with a gain of  0.78% i.e. +95.55 points and BSE Sensex closed the week with a gain of 0.83% at 41945.37.

The Nifty Index opened the week near 12300 with a mild gap up, thereafter it moved till 12375 further, the mild sell-off dragged the Index till 12278.75, by taken the strong support at 12280, it moved till 12389.05 and ended the week at 12352.25. 

Other Sectroal Indices closed with good gains this week are Nifty FMCG (+3.30%), Nifty Auto (+2.46%), Nifty Realty (+4.35%), Nifty Pharma (+3.56%) & Nifty IT (+2.49).

Whereas, the Nifty Bank Index dragged down this week and closed with a loss of 1.58% i.e (-506.75) at 31590.65, the Nifty Bank Index throughout the week traded with weakness.
