Indian equity market ended with negative note, the benchmark broad based Index Nifty ended the week with a loss of  0.84% i.e. -104.10 points and BSE Sensex closed the week with a loss of 0.79% at 41613.19

The Nifty Index opened the week at high level at 12430.50 with a gap up, thereafter the strong sell-off dragged till 12216.90 further, the mild correction dragged the Index till 12087.90, by taken the strong support at 12090, it moved by mid week till 12200 and on Friday rallied till 12272.15, ended the week at 12248.25. 

Other Sectroal Indices closed on flat note with positive bias this week are Nifty FMCG (+0.330%), Nifty Realty (+1.39%), & Nifty IT (+0.71). Nifty Pharma (-0.61%) and Nifty Auto (-1.81%) were closed with negative note.

Nifty Bank Index also dragged down this week till 30614 from the weekly high 31923.95, a mild recovery lifted the Index till 31375.45 and closed with a loss of 1.58% i.e (-348.90) at 31241.75.
