Indian equity market ended on a positive bias, the benchmark broad based Index Nifty ended the week at 9580.30 with a gain by 5.99% i.e. 541.05 points and BSE Sensex closed the week with a gain by 5.71%.e. 1751.51 points at 32424.10. 

Nifty Index opened the week with a flat note at 9099.75 and got sold off till 8996.05, took support at this level and moved throughout the week till 9598.85 and closed the week at 9580.30 with a huge weekly gain.

Nifty Bank Index also opened the week on a flat note at 17537.65 and moved down till 17311.25, further it moved up till 19455.55, once again witnessed a sell-off on Friday till 18729 and closed the week with a huge weekly gain by 11.68% i.e. 2018.35 points at 19297.25.

The Sectoral Indices were closed with a weekly gain are Nifty Realty gained by 10.12%, Nifty Metal gained by 9.90%, Nifty Auto gained by 7.83, Nifty FMCG gained by 5.44% and Nifty Pharma gained marginally by 1.75%, Nifty IT gained by 1.21%.
