BISTA swing positional trades are now available for Nifty Futures and Bank Nifty Futures(only for Annual Privilege Members), since the Nifty swing either side between 300-600 points and Bank Nifty may swing 600-1500 points, though the swing guidance is a positional trade, but not continuous one, we may exit in between, based on the Nifty/Bank Nifty swing movement and wait for re-entry of the swing trade or if, the swing reversed then, the contra swing trade will be taken. The following are the important swing trading guidelines:
◊ BISTA swing positional trading tips/levels for entry or re-entry or follow up messages will be sent in advance, based on the direction of the Nifty/Bank Nifty swing movement, either before the market opens or after the market opens, we will recommend to Sell/Short or Buy/Long, the Nifty/Bank Nifty swing tips/levels are not CMP (Current Market Price) or BUY above/Sell below pattern.
◊ As soon as the entry levels are received, we suggest to placing the order in the system in advance as per the slippage policy. This will help to enter the trade; else the trading opportunity may be missed out.
◊ Initially the entry level will be in two price level band i.e., it will have two entry prices. The first entry must be taken one lot at the lower band incase of Sell and further one lot at the upper band. In the case of Buy entry, try one lot at the upper level, another lot at lower band with slippage points.
◊ We suggest to keeping the margin money, including initial margin/additional margin if any, for minimum 1-2 lots for Nifty or Bank Nifty and the first lot may be taken at the first level and another lot may be taken at Upper band/Lower band Level. The Ideal capital required to enter the Nifty or Bank Nifty swing positional trade, one should have minimum Rs.3-4 lakhs.
◊ We advise the off-line traders to place the profit booking order/stop loss order in advance in the system to avoid spike movement.
◊ Targets are based on the swing movements for Nifty and Bank Nifty; we advise the profit booking levels starts from first level profit booking between 25-40 points for Nifty and Bank Nifty 60-90 points, further targets may be sent based on the further movement till the swing direction shows the reversal sign, we will ask to close the position,
◊ Multiple lots traders are advised to book partial profit then and there at first level or next level targets and hold minimum lots for further targets.
◊ The Stop loss order also, have the slippage points to avoid false trigger, hence we suggest to placing the stop loss order with the slippage points below/above based on the position. The slippage points for the stop loss order for Nifty 12 points and 15 poiints for Bank Nifty.
◊ Any modification in the stop loss order/trailing the stop loss, if we use the word SUSTAIN then, one can see how long the price levels are trading above/below at the particular level or just simply take 20 points of slippage for Nifty and 30 points for Bank Nifty.
◊ We are always maintaining 90% success rate in all our positional calls. There will be a failure chances only for about 10%. How to handle this failure?... Very simple! Once the trade taken either Sell/Short or Buy/Long, after that the Nifty/Bank Nifty/ should not trade below our lower band for long/buy position or above upper band for short/sell position, if it is doing so for a long time, then try to come out with minimum profit or at cost, further entry will be informed in due course.
