What has happened on yesterday? Nifty Index as expected and written opened on a positive note with gap up at our resistance levels 10390-10410, made a open at 10382.60 and test the day high at 10401.05 thereafter, the sell-off dragged the index till 10330, unable to surpass the day high and late hour sell-off once again dragged down the Index till our support level i.e., 10260, made a day low at 10267.35 with volatile move and closed the Index at 10302.10 on a flat to negative note. 

What will happen today? Nifty Index may open on a flat to positive note to test 10320-10345 if open, trade and sustain above 10345 then, it may re-test 10385-10410-10440-10475-10510-10550-10650. Likewise, the immediate support lies at 10265-10225, if trade and sustain below 10225 then, it may test 10195-10170-10145-10110-10050-9970.

Special Mention: Yesterday, the Nifty Index tried to surpass 10410 but unable to do so, the sell-off dragged once again till 10267 and closed above 10260, but unable to close above 10330, today the Index may try to break 10260-10225-10195, if the Index break 10195 and sustain below then, it may test 9970-9890 very soon. At the same time further up ward rally possible only if, the Index closes above 10330-10410 for three consecutive trading sessions then, it may re-test 10550, further move above 10550 then, the Index may test 10660-10770-10980, it looks the Index may consolidate between 10550-10000 levels for some more time. Let see how it trades and closes today since, today being a first day of the month i.e. July'20, the weekly option expiry falls tomorrow hence, the volatility may rule the Index today and tomorrow.

Trading Strategy: The Investor/trader may re-invest at 10000-9800 levels in the Nifty 50 stocks for a short term gain around 5-10%. This is a traders market, to trade for short term gains, rather to wait for long term basis.
