What has happened on Friday? Nifty Index, as written and expected, opened on a positive note at 18230.70, our expected opening band i.e.,18240-18270-18290, on opening move, the Index made a day high 18314.25 thereafter, the Index moved down throughout the day, made a day low 18034.35 and closed at 18114.90 on a negative note ith an intra loss 63.20 points i.e., -0.35%.

What will happen today? Nifty Index may open on a positive note near 18150-18175 if open, trade and sustain above 18175 then, the Index may try to re-test 18200-18240-18280-18315-18350-18380-18410-18440-18460 levels. On the other hand, the immediate support lies at 18100-18050-18035, if the Index moves below 18035 then, it may re-visit 18000-17950-17915-17890-17840-17800 levels.

Special Mention: On Friday, the pull back rally unable to move above 18314, once again the sell-off dragged till 18050, made a low near 18034.35 and closed well below 18150 levels, today the Index must re-gain above 18200-18250 to continue the pull back rally if, the Index moves above 18250 then, it may re-test 18315-18385-18460 further, up move above 18460 then, the Index may test 18600-18660-18780 levels in the near term. On the other hand if, the Index fails to move above 18250-18315 and moves below 18100-18035 levels then, the weakness cum sell-off may continue to drag the Index to re-visit 17950-17800 levels in the near term. Let see, how the Index opens today at 18150-18175 levels, trade with due caution and avoid agressive short position and adopt buy on dips strategy till 18000-17900 levels, the intra volatility may be in a high note this week due to F&O expiry and month-end factor.

Trading Strategy: The followers/readers, who invested at 18200-18050, start partial profit booking till 18350-18450 levels or if the stocks that you have invested gives 5-10% profit.
