What has happened yesterday? Nifty Index, as written and expected, opened on a positive note at 18229.50, our expected opening band i.e.,18150-18175, on opening move, the Index made a day high 18241.40 thereafter, the Index moved down and made a day low 17968.50, further it moved till day high and closed at 18125.40 on a positive note with an intra gain 10.50 points i.e., 0.06%.

What will happen today? Nifty Index may open on a positive note near 18160-18190-18220 if open, trade and sustain above 18220 then, the Index may try to re-test 18240-18280-18315-18350-18385-18420-18440-18465 levels. On the other hand, the immediate support lies at 18140-18110, if the Index moves below 18110 then, it may re-visit 18065-18030-18000-17970-17945-17895-17840-17810 levels.

Special Mention: Yesterday, the highly volatile move dragged the Index till 17968.50, further the pull back rally lifted again till 18150 and closed well below 18150 levels, today the Index must re-gain above 18200-18250 to continue the pull back rally if, the Index moves above 18250 then, it may re-test 18315-18385-18460 further, up move above 18460 then, the Index may test 18600-18660-18780 levels in the near term. On the other hand if, the Index fails to move above 18250-18315 and moves below 18060-17970 levels then, the weakness cum sell-off may continue to drag the Index to re-visit 17900-17800 levels in the near term. Let see, how the Index opens today at 18160-18190-18220 levels, trade with due caution and avoid agressive short position and adopt buy on dips strategy till 18000-17900 levels, the intra volatility may be in a high note this week due to F&O expiry and month-end factor.

Trading Strategy: The followers/readers, who invested at 18200-18050, start partial profit booking till 18350-18450 levels or if the stocks that you have invested gives 5-10% profit.
