Any discontinuation of the Guidance opted by the Ciient/Member, the Guidance charges shall not be refunded either in full or part at any cost. Due to any unforeseen circumstances, if we are not able to continue the Guidance temporarily, those days will be compensated by extending the Guidance for the broken days/period.  We shall also not responsible for failure of connectivity of internet/Whatsapp messages for any reasons, whatsoever, either for failure of the server or otherwise.
